To receive a business license, the applicant must submit:
- Completed business license application
- Business license application fee (if applicable)
- Copy of Approved Certification of Zoning (if applicable)
- Copy of Approved Business Name Filing (if applicable)
- Contractor's Affidavit and/or Certification of Worker's Compensation (if applicable)
- Consumer Tax Registration (if applicable)
After submitting your application, you will receive the business license certificate through the mail, usually within a week.
